Readiness Center

	Project Owner State of Nevada Public Works Location Clark County, Nevada Project Cost $25,000,000

Providing construction support services during construction. Construction cost of approximately $25 million for the design and construction of a multi-use facility center for the Nevada Army National Guard. The project is situated on approximately 51 acres and consists of on-site and off-site roadway, curb & gutter, driveway, sidewalk, drainage, water, sewer, screen wall, and landscaping improvements. The project includes three new 3’ x 8’ x 3’ RCB’s, 500 LF of 10’ wide drainage channels and associated rip-rap, over 20,000 square feet of on-site parking, a 24’ wide fire access road, and a guard shack. The scope of work also includes extensive on-site grading and site drainage improvements. The first phase building consists of 78,774 square feet of Type II-B noncombustible construction (cmu and steel).
