Sahara Ave Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, Phase II

Construction cost of approximately $2.7 million for the rehabilitation of approximately 24,400 lineal feet of 24, 27, and 30-inch diameter reinforced concrete sanitary sewer pipe in Sahara Boulevard form Las Vegas Boulevard to Arden Street. The rehabilitation was performed using cured-in-place pipe (CCIP) lining technology. The scope of work included bypass pumping, cleaning, design, supply and installation of pipe liner, and video inspection before and after installation on liner. The construction was estimated at 10 months and was substantially completed in 3 months.
