Design and construction management services for $100 million expansion of the City of Las Vegas Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) from 60 to 91 mgd. Project included expansion of the sludge dewatering building, BNR, filtration, digesters, laboratory and chlorination/de-chlorination facilities, as well as new odor control, headworks facilities, and operations and maintenance building. Project also included new water efficient landscaping, civil improvements, drainage study and permitting. Construction Services included full-time resident observation, submittal review, RFI response, and change orders.
